Delivery policy
- We do not ship outside Canada.
- We begin packing and shipping orders in mid-April, once the snow has melted and the ground has thawed.
- We do not deliver leafy plants in summer. In order to respect the natural dormancy and awakening cycles of our plants, we ship dormant plants from mid-April to the end of May and from the beginning of October to the third week of October.
- Currently, all our packages are delivered using Canada Post's Expedited Delivery service. You will be given a tracking number when your parcel leaves our premises. If you have any special needs or requests regarding the delivery of your order, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
- For orders within Quebec or Ontario, delivery charges will be a maximum of $45.
- Elements of this policy may be subject to change. In the event of an update to our policy, a communication will be sent to subscribers to our newsletter and to our social networks. It remains your responsibility to inform yourself of any changes. Any use of our transactional website demonstrates that you agree with our current shipping policies.
